Organic Vegetarian food is available with the options of dairy-free, Vegan meals with Ayurvedic elements at La Casa Shambala. Breakfast includes herbal teas like ginger tea, then crackers, coffee, soy milk, boiled eggs, Oats, fruits, etc. Meals are prepared with love and ayurvedic ingredients at the center.
Accomodation
La Casa Shambala has the facility of cozy bamboo bungalows for all the guests who come and attend the Yoga teacher training, or Yoga retreats. There is an option of private bungalows, with the availability for couples and friends, or shared accommodation in the beautiful surroundings and fresh-green gardens.
Each unit has comfortable mattresses, mosquito nets, fan, electric sockets, and also free Wi-Fi. Other facilities include a shared bathroom, shower facilities, hot water, for students and guests. Separate staff housing for the volunteers, a customer care team for more inquiries and details.

Teachers

Karen Lumi Tanaka
Karen has been teaching Yoga from last 3 years after she left her corporate job in the UK. She has co-led and assisted Yoga Alignment workshops, Yoga Teacher Training programs, and wellness retreats in various places like India, Thailand, Malaysia, and London. She is currently teaching Hatha Yoga, Adjustment and Alignment techniques, Vinyasa flow, and Yin Yoga.

Sara Ramalho
Sara was introduced to Reiki and Yoga in 2008. By 2013 she became a certified Yoga teacher, practiced in the Himalayas, and completed Reiki III. She is currently leading as a Yoga Teacher and taking regular sessions of Reiki, Chakra balancing, Crystal healing, and Massages.
